Kinshasa, 21 November 2025 – The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) strongly condemns the particularly deadly attacks carried out by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) armed group between 13 and 19 November 2025 in several localities of Lubero Territory, North Kivu.
With financial and technical support from MONUSCO's Civil Affairs Section, the NGO Africa Reconciled organized a training session in Goma aimed at strengthening the skills of around thirty local actors engaged in peacebuilding.
