Kinshasa, 26 April 2025 – The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) welcomes the signing of the Declaration of Principles on 25 April 2025 in Washington, D.C., under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State, between the governments of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the Republic of Rwanda.
