Durant le mois de décembre 2015, le BCNUDH a documenté 347 violations des droits de l’homme sur le territoire de la RDC, ce qui représente une légère hausse par rapport au mois de novembre 2015 au cours duquel 338 violations avaient été enregistrées. En particulier, le BCNUDH a documenté 45 violations des droits de l’homme liées au processus électoral. Les provinces les plus touchées restent celles de l’est de la RDC, à savoir les provinces du Nord-Kivu (167 violations), Orientale (95 violations) et du Sud-Kivu (huit violations).
