Kinshasa, July 30, 2026: The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) notes that on 29 July 2026 Rwandan authorities returned to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) thirty-nine (39) individuals who had previously been repatriated to Rwanda under MONUSCO’s Disarmament, Demobilization, Repatriation, Reintegration and Resettlement (DDRRR) programme.
