Au mois de mars, la Section État de droit a organisé deux sessions de formation en administration des cours et tribunaux à Goma pour 35 membres du personnel des tribunaux civils et des bureaux des procureurs dans le Nord et le Sud-Kivu sur les thèmes suivants : «La collecte et le traitement des données statistiques» et «La gestion des archives et des pièces à conviction». Au mois d'avril, le Programme de formation s'est poursuivi à Kisangani pour le bénéfice de 77 membres du personnel judiciaire de la province Orientale.
