Durant le mois de janvier 2017, le BCNUDH a documenté 427 violations des droits de l’homme sur l’étendue du territoire de la RDC ce qui représente une baisse significative par rapport au nombre de violations enregistrées pendant le mois de décembre 2016 (602 violations).
