Kinshasa, 30 November 2025: The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) wishes to inform the media that Ms. Bintou Keita, Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Head of MONUSCO, has completed her mandate and departed the country on Sunday, 30 November 2025.
