We, representatives of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the SADC Mission in DR Congo (SAMIDRC) the African Union, UN Organization Stabilization Mission in the DRC (MONUSCO), and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), as participants in the consultations on the SAMIDRC human rights and international humanitarian law compliance framework held from 19 to 21 November 2024 in Goma.
